Makynna is 8 years old and was diagnosed with autism when she was 5. She also has ADHD and is Dyslexic.

Her mom says, Makynna is a wonderful child and has overcome so many obstacles. She loves music and art and is currently participating in musical theater. She has a wonderful relationship with her cat, Mr. Kittles and has a passion for all animals. She loves a good joke and playing with her friends and brothers. She loves to tell and hear a good joke and has a laugh that will light up a room.

She is a free-spirit and has a passion for animals. She loves all music and enjoys arts and crafts. Makynna has shown so much growth over the years and is a kind souls with a passion to grow up and be a veterinarian.

Makynna has fought a battle since she was 2 years old. Girls with autism are often misdiagnosed and we want to bring awareness so other girls don't have to jump through the hurdles. Early intervention is so important and we want to share her story. We want acceptance for all children with disabilities, even those who's disabilities can't be seen.

Her mom says, Makynna loves animals and these drawings are a great representation of her artistic style!
