FAQ

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. We stand behind our product, and stand behind our 30 day happiness guarantee. 

  • ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE EXCHANGED, CANCELLED OR RETURNED.  
  • Preorders take approximately 8-12 weeks to ship
  • Pre-Sale and Pre-Order items cannot be cancelled or returned.  They can only be exchanged for sizing upon availability. 
  • All return items must have the original tags and packaging attached. Items must be unwashed, and in NEW condition. 
  • We cannot be held responsible for damaged or lost items during a return. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed.
  • One shipping label is provided per order, with an exception to a defective item. We stand 100% behind our high quality products.

  • Any return for a manufacturer defect or a wrong item, will be covered by 7 Pines. Any sizing issues, or you just don't love your romper, return shipping must be paid by the customer.

  • Shipping charges will not be refunded for a return.

 

SHIPPING:

 

  • IN STOCK ITEMS ORDERED WITH PREORDER ITEMS WILL SHIP TOGETHER. 
  • We offer free shipping on all orders of $50.00
  • We currently only ship within the U.S. 
  • We work hard to ship your order as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 7 days for a shipping notification. We typically ship once a week on Mondays.
  • During the holiday season, or after large sales, we do experience some shipping delays. Please allow approx14 days for shipping during these times. 
  • We ship USPS first class, USPS Priority Mail, and UPS.
  • Once an item it picked up by USPS or UPS, we are no longer responsible for your package. You must file a claim with the carrier should your package not arrive for any reason. 
  • We are NOT responsible for shipping delays, stolen, lost, or damaged packages, and are NOT obligated to replace/refund orders that are lost once we have shipped them.
  • All packages come with a tracking number. If a package is lost, you must contact the shipping carrier.
  • Your package will only be covered by 7 Pines if you opt for additional coverage upon checkout.
